replenishing my energy

a friend of mine recently asked me what replenishes my energy. i honestly had no answer. my time is generally devoted to work, and when im not working, im tired. i’m scrolling, which doesn’t replenish me at all. i am constantly in a limbo between fatigue and productivity.

in my quest to become a better version of myself, i have realized that what does replenish my energy is capturing my memories through art. my last week in , canada visiting my grandmother, Lita, was extremely replenishing. i brought my new twin lens medium format camera and experimented with it for the first time as a way to capture my time with her and Natalie. hopefully you can feel the warmth and happiness in these photos.
